Booking

Once your application has reached us you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours. We then send out a notice about two weeks before the start of the course via email. In the notice we list the time, place and eventual preparations that need to be done.

Should your course be canceled due to too few participants, we will immediately contact you to offer an alternative date, no later than two weeks before the start of the course. If the proposed option does not work, you are redounded the full fee. Other compensation will not be paid out.

Cancellation of scheduled course

Cancellation 4-2 weeks before the start of the course are charged 50% of course fee. Cancellation 2-0 weeks before the start of the course are charged 100% of course fee. If unable to attend, your place can be transferred to another person at the same company after consultation with us.

Cancellation of client customized course

A course customized by the client can not be cancelled. If unable to attend, your place can be transferred to another person at the same company after consultation with us.

Certificate of attendance

After completion of the training each participant receives a certificate in which new knowledge is reported.

Payment

Course fee is paid in combination with the booking. Payment is paid against invoice. Payment terms 30 days, but the course fee must be paid before the course starts.
