24 Solutions is responsible for operations, maintenance and proactive monitoring of operating systems, networking and hardware. We monitor and manage your systems and are always available. All infrastructure is monitored around the clock - and, if desired, down to the service level.

24 Solutions virtual servers are located in a high tech virtual cluster in one of our two primary data centers. This environment is fully scalable to accommodate your performance and storage requirements. Our high security data centers have high security, with redundant power supply, cooling and auxiliary power. The data centers are separated with a geographical distance of 20 km and connected by redundant fibers in a ring with our secondary hall. The linkage makes it possible to store data parallel in all data centers. Disaster backup is made possible by technology snapshots and replication between the different halls.

Managed

If you choose to let 24 Solutions be responsible for the complete outsourcing of your IT environment, we handle your servers up to and including the operating system. We also ensure that the servers are updated with security patches every month.

Unmanaged

If you choose to manage your servers by yourselves we can offer Unmanaged service. The customer is then responsible for the updating and administration of their own servers, but may simultaneously access our infrastructure and support. Unmanaged may be an option for the development or laboratory environment of different systems.
