24 Solutions is responsible for the operation of infrastructure and OS with disaster recovery between the data centers. Ideal if you want to administrate your own database. SLA up to database level, with monitoring and alarm to the client. SLA level of up to 99.9% / month.
Gold:
24 Solutions has total operational responsibility. SLA up to database level including monitoring, patching and administration. When you need Oracle DBA competence we help you in accordance to agreed upon response time. Proactive maintenance services in accordance to defined schedule where we regularly perform maintenance services for your databases. Including 1h consultation / month. We take an overall responsibility for the operation of the databases, maintenance and monitoring. SLA level of 99.9 % / month.
Technical Description
24 Solutions database servers are distributed between two primary data centers to provide full redundancy. Our data centers maintain the highest safety levels, with redundant power supply, cooling and backup power. The data centers are geographically separated with a distance of 20 km, connected by a redundant fiber ring. This environment is fully scalable to meet your performance and storage requirements. Per database dedicated CPU and memory. Continuous monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting of your databases. With Site Clustering is meant that if the OS, database or infrastructure fails in datacenter 1, the database is moved to the secondary server in the data center 2, and vice versa.
