24 Solutions looking for a first line support
As first line support at 24 Solutions you will assist users in various operational issues. It is your responsibility to solve various technical problems that are identified. You will mainly work with different customer problems and questions over the phone. The position requires that you are fluent in both Swedish and in English.
Technical Profile
It is very desirable if you have a KY-education or equivalent in the system and network. As you will be working as first line support assisting different kinds of users with technical issues, it is important that you have broad technical skills, and that you are able to solve various problems independently .
You should have experience in most of the following areas:
- Active Directory and managing user
- Windows Environments
- WLAN
- Printer Support
